1) Is their anything I need to do before you arrive?

All we ask is that the required access point is clear of anything obstructive, we generally need a minimum of 3ft width to manoeuvre the goods to your required location. Please ensure your required space to place the inflatable or any other goods is also clear of anything obstructive. We will supply any extension leads if needed for any for any electrical products used.

2) Can the bouncy castle/ inflatables be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes most of our inflatables and bouncy castles can be used indoors and outdoors.For the larger models please be sure to check the Inflatables and the chosen venues for height and spacing.

3) Do you have Public liability Insurance?

Yes we are Covered for £5million public liability insurance.

4) How do I make payment?

You can make payment by cheque however this will have to be done 2 weeks prior to your party/event, alternatively you can make payment online where we email you a link to make payment. If all else fails you can make payment via cash/card on delivery.

5) How much notice do I need to give for a booking ?

The longer the notice the better for you as their is more of a chance everything you requires is available on the date you require it. We do also cater for last minute bookings however the later the booking we can not guarantee the product will be available however we will do our upmost to offer a alternative.

6) Can I have the Bouncy Castle or other inflatable over night ?

Yes you can a overnight charge will apply, You can check the price online by checking your selecting your chosen products details for further info.

7) What days can I hire Your Equipment?

All of our inflatables and other equipment are available to you on 365 days a year including Christmas and Banks holidays

8) What happens in poor weather conditions?

Majority of our castles and other inflatables come with rain/sun cover therefore they can be used in light showery conditions. However should there be heavy rain or strong winds the inflatables should not be used. Please usher all the children off the chosen inflatable but please keep it inflated as this stops the inflatable from collecting water (Pooling). We tend to keep regular checks on current weather conditions and if we see or feel it may be heavy rain or extreme wind on the day of your hire, we will contact you before delivery to discuss whether you would like to go ahead with the booking.

9) Do you require a deposit?

We Do not require a deposit for most items just payment on the day of delivery will do. However on bigger items or purchases of multiple items we would like to ask for a 10% deposit to secure your booking. If you wish to pay in advance you can pay via a payment link we send via email or alternatively by Debit/Credit Card, Cheque, BACS/Transfer. Otherwise, please ensure you have payment ready for when we deliver the your chosen product.

10) What's the earliest you can drop/collect the equipment ?

Our delivery Drop-off start from 08.00 am (if you need alternative earlier time please state)

the latest we can collect the Equipment is 8.59pm anything after 9.00pm will be charged at an overnight rate.
